To register, you'll need an active mobile number, email address, full name, and date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old. An NID is not required at registration, but will be needed for KYC verification when withdrawing larger amounts. Register here.

First, make sure Caps Lock is off. Check that you're using the correct registered email or mobile number. If you've forgotten your password, "Forgot your password?" Use this option first. If the issue persists, email us at support@fencywin.bid.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number. You'll receive an OTP or a reset link. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes 3–5 minutes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required for large withdrawals and to keep your account secure. Log in to your account, go to the "Profile" section, and upload a photo of your NID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Only one account is allowed per mobile number and email address. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Log in to your account and go to the "Security Settings" section. Enable two-factor authentication and verify your mobile number. From that point on, you'll receive an OTP with every login — keeping your account significantly more secure.

To close your account, send an email to support@fencywin.bid. Or Responsible Gaming Use the Self-Exclusion option on the page. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before deleting your account.

For security reasons, your mobile number or email address cannot be changed directly. Please contact the support team. After verifying your identity, support will assist with the change. The process may take 24–48 hours.
💳 Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit at Fencywin is just ৳200. Mobile Pay and Nagad start at ৳200, while bank transfers start from ৳500. A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit.

Your balance is usually updated within 10–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours. If your balance hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, email support@fencywin.bid with a screenshot of your payment and include your transaction number (TrxID).

Log In → "Deposit" or Financial Transactions Go to the page → select Mobile Pay → enter the amount → send money to the designated Mobile Pay number → submit your TrxID. Your balance will be updated within 10–15 minutes.

Fencywin does not charge any deposit fees. However, Mobile Pay, Nagad, or your bank may apply their own transfer charges — these are determined by your payment provider's policies.

Once a deposit is initiated, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if funds have been sent but haven't appeared in your balance, contact support. If you've sent money to the wrong number, notify support immediately.

If a payment fails, your money is usually returned automatically within 1–2 business days. If it hasn't come back, email support@fencywin.bid with a screenshot of the payment and your TrxID.
💸 Withdrawals

Log In → "Withdrawal" or Financial Transactions Go to the page → select your preferred method → enter the amount and account details → submit your request. Processing is usually completed within 15 minutes to 4 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. Limits may vary depending on the method used. Your daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account's verification level.

Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 2–4 hours. During peak times, processing may take a little longer. Requests submitted after midnight may be processed the following morning.

If it has been more than 4 hours, contact live support. Have your withdrawal ID and request time ready. If your KYC is not yet completed, do that first — withdrawals are often held up without verification.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (for example, you may need to wager 5–10 times the bonus amount). Once that condition is met, your winnings become withdrawable. For more details, Terms & Conditions See details on that page.

Fencywin does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, bank, etc.) may apply their own applicable charges.

If the request is still "processing", cancellation may be possible — contact live support right away. Once a payment has been sent, it cannot be reversed.

Live betting lets you place wagers on matches in real time as they unfold. Odds change every moment. Log in → Betting Go to the page → Select the "Live" tab → Choose your preferred match and market → Enter your amount and confirm the bet.

Odds represent the ratio between the likelihood of winning and the potential payout. For example, odds of 2.5 mean a BDT 100 bet returns a total of BDT 250 if you win (a profit of BDT 150). Higher odds mean lower probability but a bigger reward. Match Odds See full details on that page.

Yes, if a match or market is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded to your account — usually within 24 hours. If a match is called off due to weather or other reasons, Fencywin's specific rules will apply.

Combo betting lets you place bets on multiple matches at once. Win them all and you earn a much bigger payout, since the odds on each selection are multiplied together. The risk is higher, but so is the reward. If you're new, it's best to start with single bets first.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Always double-check the match, market, amount, and odds before placing your bet. If cashout is available, you can take a partial payout before the match ends.

Registration and make your first deposit. A welcome bonus will be automatically credited to your account on your first deposit above the specified amount. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Send your referral link to a friend. When they register using that link and make their first deposit, you'll receive a referral bonus. The bonus amount depends on your friend's first deposit.

Log In → Voucher Go to the page → enter your voucher code in the code box → click "Apply". If successful, the bonus will be added to your account instantly. Each voucher code can only be used once.

Bonus validity periods vary by type. Welcome bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Cashback bonuses are valid for 7 days, and voucher bonus expiry dates are stated with the code. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Typically only one bonus can be active at a time. Once the wagering requirements of the current bonus are met, you can claim the next one. Some special promotions may allow multiple bonuses to be active simultaneously.
